Warranty
If It Is Not in Writing, It Is Not a Warranty.
Every quote states exactly what is covered and for how long before you sign. Here is the shape of it.
Product
Product warranty terms are printed on your quote.
Workmanship
The workmanship warranty term is stated on your written quote.
If Something Stops Working
Call or text us. Tell us which run is affected and what it is doing. Most questions can be sorted out from a description or a short video, and if it needs a visit we schedule one.
You deal with the people who installed it, not a call center.
